Extremely unprofessional. Find any other habitation wellness care bureau. Tried to phone call them everyday, twice a day and no one every returned my phone call. Just did not schedule me afterwards working there 3 weeks, no caption, no 1 to even to talk to about why this happened.

Nice outgoing people to work with, & That's it
Cons
Pay, very high piece of work load, supervisor doesn't intendance leaves early in the day & your all alone till work is done which could be as late as 3am, the next solar day their complaining. If someone quits they will not bring in help leaving you with extra work!!

Expert work environment, good location, young workers, good access to C Level executives.
Cons
Leadership changes one-two times per year, no continuity. Merging with Steris and perchance moving US Headquarters to Ohio from Tampa. Potent push button from sales to close deals with no support from corporate to facilitate deals once closed.

Pros
The company is very profitable exterior of the United States. Synergy entered the US market through acquisition of several existing companies that operated in similar market infinite. Compensation is fair and in that location are sufficient learning opportunities to grow and be challenged. A good identify for a young person who wants to learn in a mid-sized international corporation.
Cons
Synergy has had issues with executing their concern strategy in the The states and as a outcome cuts its way to profitability. This impacts depression to mid level employees disproportionately while highly compensated executives are existence brought on board. The founder of the visitor is common cold in his approach and the culture is dominated by fearfulness that you could be the adjacent one to go at whatever moment. The organization is very top down and takes a view that "its my style or the highway" approach to conducting business. US based employees that were part of the initial conquering are second grade citizens and are the ones laid off. Sometimes for an obvious reason, sometimes for none. This keeps anybody off balance and walking on eggshells. I believe most people would exit if given the opportunity.
